Catering manager Head chef
Catering manager/head chef to run catering unit with approx 70 covers. The unit serves food between 8am and 8pm straight shifts between these hours. Managing one other person and working with the manger front of house. Breakfasts, lunch time snacks and evening bistro style menus available. The ideal candidate will be in a kitchen supervisory position currently and is looking for better hours. Must have experience with kitchen management and health and safety.
