Home working Cruise consultants required to work from home, anywhere in the UK, for this leading cruise specialist travel company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working in this exciting Cruise homeworking role, you will work from the comfort of your own home.
Join this cruise operator's home working team and you'll enjoy flexible hours, great commission and an excellent support network!

As a Cruise Travel Consultant you will be selling cruise holidays from a wide range of well known cruise operators. As well as taking incoming calls, you will be actively responsible for building and managing your own customer portfolio through marketing initiatives, repeat bookings and recommendations. Calls would be generated from your own cruise page, online, holiday comparison sites and teletext!

Daily duties for this Cruise Home working role will include:

* Dealing with potential passengers over the phone selling a variety of cruise holidays.
* Booking with a number of different major cruise companies
* Converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings
* Up selling
* Making reservations amendments
* Building & developing your own Travel client base

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
To succeed, you will need to be suitably experienced, within this division of the travel industry, be self-motivated, preferably accustomed to home working, be able to deliver excellent customer service and have a high level of cruise or travel product knowledge.

Above all, you need to be customer focused, sales driven and have a passion to sell the cruise product.

You will work a minimum of 30 hours per week between Monday - Sunday 0800 - 2200, schedule your own rota - flexibility is required to maximise earning potential.
The company offers excellent earning potential 30K OTE, No set up fee or joining fees, Full training, Ship visits & educationals. Please note commission is paid on sale not departure.
