The house is 2 mins walk from the town centre, 15-20 mins walk from the university and 10 mins from Preston train and bus stations. The room is really large and comprises of a double bed and a single bed that can be used as a sofa. You will have full access to the kitchen facilities including washing machine and bathroom with shower, gas central heating.
There is a garden at the rear and public street parking. Rent is £400pmth (£93pw) for a single person or £435pmth for a couple and inclusive of all bills (household bills, council tax, tv licence etc). At the moment there is also wireless internet.
