Job Title - Remedy ITSM Consultant/Developer
Location – Cumbria (U.K.)
Rate - £350 per day (6 month contract with possibility of extension)

Job Description
The main duties involved will be:
- Gathering customer requirements and processing those requirements.
- Carrying out maintenance and development of I.T. application systems.
- Responsibility for further development of the bespoke application systems.
- Working on projects at customer sites.
- Developing a detailed understanding of the client company's business requirements and technical architecture.

Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Remedy Development.
- Excellent command of the English Language.

Desirable Attributes
- 5 years of professional experience in IT service management.
- An understanding of Java, DB2 and XML.
- Experience of Unix scripting.
- A working knowledge of project management principles, methods and practices.
- ITIL and Prince Certification.

Whilst security clearance is beneficial, it is not essential as we can put into place the processes to security clear the candidate.

My client is looking to employ a motivated, driven candidate who can hit the ground running as a remedy
developer/consultant.
