This is the manipulation of tissue & underlying muscle to stimulate circulation providing a warm & invigorating treatment.

Aromatherapy Massage: Prices from: £25.00
This treatment uses pure essential oils extracted from plants, which each have their own therapeutic effects. The therapist will blend oils for each client’s individual condition for an individual relaxing & gentle massage.

Reflexology: Prices from £25.00
Thumb & finger pressures are applied to points on the feet. These points are known as reflexes & relate to organs, glands, & systems of the body. Reflexology treats the whole body instead of one specific organ or system to restore balance.
