I am currently recruiting for a sales administrator / Account manager for a manufacturing business within Burnley. The required candidate must have worked within a similar position or environment for at least 3 years and be confident with speaking with internal and external customers and colleagues. The role will involve an element of subtle selling but will mainly based around sales order processing and customer service.

Detailed duties include:
- Sales order processing.
- General customer service and account management.
- Speaking with customers relating to products and orders.
- Calculating and maintaining new and existing sales quotes.
- Tracking orders have been dispatched and arrive according to schedule.
- Dealing with all sales order administration.
- Working towards sales targets
- General ad hoc duties.
