In charge of your own specialist section you will be responsible for generating new business, interviewing applicants, visiting clients, marketing and advertising campaigns and providing professional recruitment solutions. In order for you to excel in your career we provide extensive REC accredited training covering basic skills and advanced consulting and management. We are looking for graduate calibre candidates who are self confident, target driven with good business acumen and the ability to think on their feet. A proven track record in a sales/commercial environment is preferable. Recruitment requires motivation, enthusiasm and the drive and determination to succeed. We are seeking the sort of person that responds positively to targets and is competitive by nature. You will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with teachers and schools
