Senior Material Scientist – Manufacturing – Permanent – North West

Our client is a leading global manufacturer within the paper industry and due to an increase in workload and expenditure they are requiring a senior material scientist for their north west site.

You will be a degree qualified chemist or chemical engineer. You will have a broad knowledge of polyurethane chemistry especially castable polyurethane resin systems, structure-property relationships in polyurethane elastomers and adhesion of polymeric materials.

The role will require you to be a key player in developing new materials. You will have had experience in project leading as well as being able to take a hands on approach when necessary.
