Our client is a North West based Housing Association and they are seeking an experienced Mobile Scheme Manager for a temporary vacancy in Burnley
The role will require you to visit schemes around the Burnley area.
Duties will include:


- Providing housing related support to the tenants of the Associations sheltered housing schemes
- Acting as key facilitator to ensure that services are accesses to meet tenants support and care needs with the aim of enabling tenants to remain living independently in their tenancies for as long as possible
- Dealing with all new lettings at the schemes
- Ensuring that all contractual requirements of the Supporting People regime are met You will have experience of working in Supported Housing previously, ideally with older people and will have a working knowledge of Supporting People.
This role is subject to an Enhanced CRB.
