Our client runs an immaculate Country House Hotel in the beautiful Eden Valley. They are Johansen’s Guide recommended and have maintained 2 AA Rosettes (77%) for the last 4 years. The à la carte dinner menu features local and seasonal produce including a selection of herbs, fruits and vegetables from the garden. The head chef is talented, innovative and a great teacher. He is looking for an enthusiastic chef with a couple of years experience in a fine dining environment. This could be an ideal opportunity for a talented commis or demi chef de partie to take their career to a high level in a one to one environment. Salary on offer is £12.5 - £13K live in.
