We are looking to recruit a Tenancy Enforcement Officer on a Temporary Contract in Bolton, Lancashire. My client is a Large Housing Association with 13,000 homes for rent or sale across the North West

You will work as part of a busy ASB team from the Bolton Office and Manage a Case load across the North West.



Duties Will Include:



- Be proactive in providing advice to customers

- Manage escalated anti social behaviour cases for all tenancy types

- Agree action plans for unresolved cases

- Take over ASB disputes which cannot be resolved by locally based officers

- Conduct interviews with witnesses, perpetrators and victims

- Attend court

- Serve notice/start eviction or other legal proceedings

- Manage complaints about the ASB service

- Proactive liaison with police, other agencies, other HA's etc to tackle ASB issues collectively













Previous Experience is essential for this role as Is a Full Driving License with access to your own Vehicle.

This role is full time for 35 hours a week.
