Branch Manager in Ambleside

Our client is part of one of the worlds, leading Banking groups and they're currently looking to recruit a Branch Manager to be based in their branch in Ambleside. They're seeking someone who has recent experience of working within a Retail Bank, preferably in a Management based role, driving the success of banking sales.

You will:

· Effectively manage and motivate the Branch Team to successfully deliver all appointments and sales targets compliantly.
· Have operated in a customer facing role where service is paramount
· Have Undertaken a direct selling role in a targeted environment
· Have Confidence in complaint handling
· Lead a team in a sales environment undertaking full performance management responsibilities
· Be Accountable for recruitment decisions

You will have excellent knowledge in:

* Banking products and services
* Customer service standards
* Sales management principles
* FSA regulatory requirements
* HR capability procedures
* Commercial knowledge of the market place and retail principles
