Sous Chef required for 5 star establishment in the Southport area in Lancashire. There is no live in with this position however some assistance can be given with re-location. We are looking for someone with fine dining, rosette experience with the ability to take the lead in this busy kitchen when the head chef is absent. The team of 15 other chefs including fully staffed pastry, banqueting and night sections will all need direction and management from this person. Ability to implement ideas for the deli/restaurant/brassiere and room services menus will be needed. The team are from various Nationalities so excellent communications skills needed.
