Construction Senior Planner - Cumbria
negotiable + Car + Company Shares

Our client is looking for an experienced Planner within the construction sector. Due to the go ahead on a town centre regeneration project you will be working in a busy planning department, working on various projects in the education, healthcare, civic and commercial sectors within the Cumbria area. Projects will range up to £40m in value.

My client is a leading regional construction company who are rapidly growing and have developed an excellent reputation for providing their staff with career progression.

As they have recently won a number of projects, some through repeat business, they are currently in need of a Planner for projects in the Cumbria/Lancashire area. Projects will be in a number of construction sectors meaning work will be varied and more enjoyable.

Requirements

·The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience

·You will be proficient in the use of planning software

·A degree or engineering background will be advantageous but not essential

·Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be communicating with planning staff internally and both clients and other contractors externally
