Receptionist Administrator Document Control
Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator/Document Control
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8.00am – 4.30pm) Permanent
Location: Blackburn town centre
Hourly pay: £6 - £8 per hour dependent upon experience
Main Purpose of the Job:
Assistance with Reception and switchboard
To run the office filing system in accordance with the company’s Quality System
(Filing, archiving, scanning and filing of incoming documents + general internal documents, insurance letters/certificates, keeping job files up to date paper/electronically, setting up and maintenance of project files – paper and electronically
filing and document flow of all records and correspondence both in paper and electronic format
archive and maintain all records both in paper and electronic format and manage retrieval of all archived records (paper and digital)
Purchasing/General Office Supplies (Stationery, PPE, Business Cards/Signage)
Stock control
General Admin duties
(faxes, post etc.)
Assistance to teams
Provide assistance to CDM co-ordinator in compiling Health & Safety files
Key Objectives:
To work to a high standard implementing all company policies, following all health & safety aspects.
