Job Description
This fantastic opportunity in Blackpool is only for an experienced Front of House manager with experience in large scale 4 star operations. You will lead the Reception team to offer outstanding service.

Required Experience
* Previous experience in F.O.H. management is essential
* Proven record within Four star operations.
* Experience with Fidelio, Opera or other front office systems
* You must have reception night audit knowledge and be able to perform and complete full audits.
* You must have fantastic organisational skills
* You will be a great motivator and developer

Remuneration
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of 22000k - 24000k per annum. You will also receive a bonus of 10% on the achievement of targets. you will also receive a contributory pension, dry cleaning and 28 days holidays
