An experienced Registered General Nurse is required for a Nursing Home near Preston.

The 20 bed dementia unit at the Home needs an experienced RMN for the position of UNIT MANAGER. As Unit Manager you will be accountable to the Home Manager and run the unit on day to day basis with regards to rota's, staffing, risk assessments and care plans. The team includes RMN's and RGN's with dementia experience and NVQ qualified HCA's. The ability to communicate and delegate across the board is essential.

The size of the Unit makes this the ideal position for someone looking to take the first step into a managerial post.

The hourly rate is £12 p/h. RMN's and dual registered nurses will be considered.
The Home is commutable from Preston, Blackburn, Wigan and Bolton.
