Our client owns a superb 3 star rated home in Oldham and is seeking a Deputy Manager / Lead Nurse. The home has 40 beds and is registered to provide nursing care for older people.

There is an established, well balanced, friendly team with a Manager who has been nominated for a national award for excellence.

The home has been extended and extensively modernised and there is ample parking for staff and visitors.

We are seeking experienced RGN applicants to work 40 hours per week, in a mix of days and nights, who would like the opportunity to manage a team in a high quality care environment. Our client would like someone who ‘actually cares’ rather than is just paid to care.
