We are looking for a care home manager for a late twenty bedded residential care home with an excellent reputation and standard in care.

The manager must have senior management experience in care preferably with an NVQ 4 or willingness to train towards it.

The successful candidate must be hands on in their approach to care, and will be backed up by established team of line managers and senior carers.
