I am a landlord in lancaster and desperately need to sell my property before I start university in September. Unfortunately I can't sell until my tenant has moved out, but she has agreed to move sooner if I can find her a place to live. My house is let by an agent and the tenant was fully vetted, references, taken, etc and I have had no problems with her at all. Rent has always been paid on time, and she has kept the house really well since moving in Feb 08.

She is paying £500pcm for my three bedroom house in Lancaster and I would like to find something similar or better. I will also give you the deposit that she paid when she moved in.

She has two small children, and is a non-smoker.

Are there any landlords out there who could give her a place to live, then I can sell my house without waiting until mid september.
