Massarella Catering is a family run business specialising in retail catering, operating over 200 restaurants and coffee shops nationwide. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager to join our team.
If you are looking for a new challenge with the chance to demonstrate your management skills and ability to maintain a loyal customer following then this is a unique opportunity for you. You should have catering management and people skills. You will be involved in all aspects of the business including
• Managing brand standards
• staff recruitment and development
• increasing sales and customer service levels
• in addition to working to GP and wage targets
• Maintain hygiene and health & safety standards
