A large Nursing Home in Lancashire requires an Experienced RGN/RMN Home Manager.

My client, a progressive and reputable company, are currently looking to recruit a Home Manager for their large general nursing and dementia nursing home.
Supported by a strong team of senior management and staff, this position is ideal for both an experienced manager or a proven deputy, having obtained or working towards their NVQ level 4.

The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and regulations, be familiar with the day to day running of a busy nursing home.

The salary of £35,000 is negotiable for the right candidate and the company also offers a generous bed occupancy bonus.
The Home is commutable from Preston, Bolton and Wigan.
