I recently qualified in Holistic therapies but because of hip and joint pain i'm unable to work. I'm looking for some body who is experienced in deep tissue massage and got an understanding of trigger point therapy to help me with this. i stretch daily and try lots of things to sort this problem out however some adhesions that are just too deep and painfull for me to break down by myself and any success is short lived.

In return I can offer reflexology sessions absolutly free of charge and i can offer aromatherapy and a sweedish style body massage, providing you do some body work on me afterwards to quell the tension. I can apply good pressure so it'll be a good swap.

Really hope there is somebody out there that can help, it's fustrating stretching and rolling out everyday, not getting any where. I live in Cleveley's and Have my own therapy couch yet i am also happy to travel to you.
