We are a young couple, with a baby boy due in the second week of January. We have been looking for a 1-2bedroomed house/flat to rent, but keep getting turned down due to our age and the fact that rent would be paid via housing benefit. We are a quiet couple who just wants to settle down and be a family with our new baby. Unfortunately, due to the business going bankrupt, one of us has just lost our job, and the other is in full time education (which is why we are on housing benefit), but we have a long list of people willing to act as a gurantour.
