A group of female master's students looking for 2 people to fill the 2 spare rooms which can be either be doubles or singles for £50 a week. Bills not included. Its a large house half way between Lancaster city centre and Lancaster university and is on a bus route. In a residential area that is very quite with on street parking, no permit needed. There will be 2 other girls in the house, we are friendly and easy going. The living room and kitchen are large and there is a seperate utility area, garden and even a downstairs toilet! Not bad for a student house

We will happily live with those who are working (but you will have to pay council tax - band B we believe), or students. Avilable from the last week of August 2008 on a 52 week let.
