The lounge and the galley area has a 240v power circuit that can be run from a 750w inverter (from batteries) a power hook up. Lighting is by 4 x 12v spot lights and 3 double sets of 12v florescent tubes. The Rayburn stove comes complete with two uninstalled radiators .Hot water is provided by a Paloma propane burning water heater. The insulation through out the boat is up to a high standard and even with out the radiators I found the boat very comfortable during the winter. At the end of the galley area there is a door leading to 5x6ft double port holed bathroom which contains a small bath and shower a sink unit and toilet. The toilet is connected to a high capacity waste tank with a self macerating pump so it is possible to empty the waste tank without having to use and pay the £10 fee to use British Waterways or marina s pump out equipment. The bathroom leads onto a 8ft x6ft doubler port holed and sky lighted boatman s cabin with a fitted storage unit and a raised double bed. Access to 4.5ft x 6ft engine compartment can be a set of rear double doors and hatch or from the boatman s cabin. The Engine compartment contains a electrical control panel a 750w inverter 3 x 180 amp hour Agm deep cycle batteries and 1 x 100 amp hour leisure battery a 240v consumer unit a power hook up and fitted high capacity battery charger. A kubota diesel engine with a Zf m10 gear box and the throttle controls. To the stern of the boat is a 3.5ft traditional stern with tiller. The boat comes complete with everything you will need to live aboard or sail this boat this includes power hook up cable  cast iron pots and pans for the Rayburn windlass s lock and Bw keys in fact everything to have a great life there. The reason for this most reluctant sale of this boat is that I m emigrating to Chile.
