We are looking for an Experienced Nurse Manager for this 41 Bed Nursing Home in Wythenshaw, Lancashire to be accountable for the smooth operation of the home in accordance with policies, the Commission for Social Care Inspection and other legislation effecting the homes and its residents.

Duties to include

Care Management
Recruitment, Supervision and Training
Development and Delivery of Business Plan.
Effective delivery of the rota
Managing of the Home Maintenance and management of repairs.
To develop and manage budgets.

Experience

Proven Home Management Experience with NVQ level 4 Heatlh & Social Care or Registered Managers Award (RMA) qualification or equivalent.
First Level Registered Nurse within a Nursing Home
Experience of Managing a budget and working to a Business Plan
Experience of working with and emphathising with older people
A full understanding of National Minimum Standards for Care Homes for older people and thier impact in care and management practice.
