We trade games, DVDs, gadgets, mobile phones, computing products, and flat panel technology with customers on the high street, providing a unique 2-way service.

We are presently recruiting a store manager for our newly opened Warrington store.

About You:

You are an experienced retail manager
You know how to develop and motivate a team and get the best out of your staff.
You are passionate about technology and be able to talk to customers about gadgets, phones and games.
You are ambitious and can cope in a fast changing evironment.
Willing to travel to complete your training.
You genuinely love working with customers, able to generate an exciting environment for them to shop in, ensuring that they come back to your store every time to pick the brains of your team

You must be fully computer literate and able to use MS Office.
You need to have a high standard of organisation.
Exceed your targets and bring fresh ideas to the business
Ensure that weekly reports are completed, conduct stock checks, buy reports and investigations
Responsible for large stock holding, cash control and security
Embrace the growth and development of our empoyees and take ownership for your personal development.

Salary c £20K,
Includes evenings and most weekends
As part of the recruitment process candidates will be expected to undertake a basic criminal records bureau disclosure and also sign a criminal convictions declaration.
