I'm looking for someone who is interesting in renting a double room in farrington, Leyland. I own the house and am looking for a flat-mate. It's 10 mins walk from the train station with good links to Manchester and Preston. The house is a spacious three bed terrace with gorgeous south facing garden. The rent will not include bills.
