I have worked in a supervisory capacity most of my working life. I have been involved in the introduction of Change Management Programs. I believe in working better, not harder. Often the best results come from simple incremental changes, Changes for the better, rather than forced labour which leads to employee dissatisfaction and loss of motivation.

I have good communication Skills, I am self motivated and able to motivate those around me. I am a leader, but can also accept and carry out instuctions. IT Literate (ECDL Level 2) I possess a talent for Organising, Problem Solving and I want to put my talents to good use. Do you need someone who is above average, dedicated and reliable? I never give less than 100%, but I come as a package with more than you asked for.

Do you want an employee who does not care about anything other than pay day? Thats not me. I take pride in my work and I want an employer that values a good employee.
