The brand name is an Ultra Toner X Trainer but is basically an Airwalker so no electric required and quiet for watching TV and working out at the same time!

Comes with a 20min video work out which I've also converted to DVD as well as a booklet showing some simple routines.

I've had an awesome time using it over the years and it works your whole body in very little time. You get as much out of it as you put in so if you want a gentle NO IMPACT stride rather than going out in this weather then that's what you'll get! If you want a mad fat burning cardio session with NO IMPACT the again that's the result!
