I am looking for someone to take my room as I have dropped out of uni. I share a house 10-15mins walk from uni with three girls. They are all non smokers and are all very friendly. The room has a single bed (however the landlord will provide a double if wanted) a desk, wardrobe and TV. The TV license and internet is included in the price. The rent is £59 a week but you will have to pay gas and electric bills on top of that (roughly £5 a week). The house is very modern and fully furnished. There is a shared bathroom with an amazing jet shower (im gonna miss it)! The kitchen has everything you may need; hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a living area complete with sofa and chair and wide screen TV. The room is available to move into straight away so please contact me as soon as possible. I can arrange a viewing and a chance for you to meet your potential flatmates. The house is also close (about 1 mins walk) to two corner shops which is very handy when you run out of milk! It is also fitted with an alarm and there is space to park outside the house if you want to bring your car. The occupant must be female and a full time Uclan student.
