Exp. in devising & delivering Customer Project Plans. Ability to demonstrate exp. of strategy & planning dev. as well as operational implementation. Preferable knowledge of MS Project & Prince 2. Ability to understanding customer needs & work with a range of internal & external sources to gain customer insight. Strong analytical & investigative skills. Exp. in building & managing relationships across the organisation, enabling the business to successfully implement medium to large size projects. Ability to understand & prioritise issues from the customer\'s perspective & champion the customer\'s viewpoint within the company, whilst gaining support & commitment. A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software/IT environment. Team management exp. comfortable matrix managing cross functional project teams of up to 5 people. Excellent verbal & written communication skills- the ability to summarize & to clearly communicate in a structured manner. Exp. of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design implementation, testing, & at each stage in between. Ability to foster motivation within the cross functional project team to meet tight deadlines. Ability to have a strong impact & influence key decisions. Strong focus on business objectives & personal drive. Ability to work on own initiative and with team. A creative thinker able to demonstrate \"out of the box\" approaches to problem solving.
