Candidates must have recent retail Management/ Supervisory experience. The position involves maintaining shop floor standards, controlling stock, cash,wastage and back office administration. Candidates will undergo an initial 6 week training course to learn computer systems and procedures, and will then have on going training and support through a year long development programme.
