Will produce high quality autocad drawings, to suit your needs including plans, sections and elevations for plannig purposes. I can also carry out quick building surveys, for construction purposes, which i can digitise and issue to you. (i.e. plan and section survey to the nearest 25mm), or alternatively digitise your dimensions.

Will digitise your proposal for you to take to client to agree scope of works or alternatively will allow you to take to builder to agree price.

Also, will produce high quality 3d sketchup model (ask for examples). Sketchup is fast becoming the industry standard modelling tool for production of quick models, which are a comparitivley high quality for the amount of time needed to produce.

Finally, I can produce high quality rendered images, at a reasonable cost if required.

I will advise you what you do and do not need, making it as cost effective for you as possible.

All rates pre-agreed and very negotiable. All work will be carried out outside office hours, so evening and weekend contact is available.
