The proportion of students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities is below average and the percentage eligible for free school meals is also below average.
The school has received a number of national awards in recent years including Sports and Arts Mark, Beacon School and Leading Edge Status, Investors in People designation and the National Healthy Schools Standard.
