Management Assistant
Small, Lake District hotel requires a Management Assistant for 2010 Season.
We are a busy walkers hotel and need a bright personable and mature "Girl / Manfriday" to work with the Joint Proprietors and existing team of General Assistants.
Duties include, home cooking, reception, bar, and general kitchen management including placing orders. Practical & relevant experience more important than qualifications, but food hygiene certificate preferred. Applicants must be able to work independently after training.
The work schedule involves alternate weekend working, but adaptability & flexibility is required. A permanent position is available if first season successful.
Live in accommodation is also available for a suitably reliable individual. A couple with complimentary skills might also be considered.
Salary negotiable dependent on experience & ability. c. £13k - £16k
